Water Out dietary supplement. Contains calcium (18.4 mg/tablet; 55.2 mg/daily dose of 3 tablets). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Product with plant complex, vitamins and minerals, recommended for adults.

Ingredients : Plant complex [Dandelion root extract (Taraxacum o_cinale) Web), uve ursi root extract (Arctostaphylosuva-ursi L.), guarana seed extract ( Paullinia cupana Kunth; 22% Ca_eine), nettle root extract ( Urtica dioica L.), buchu leaf powder ( Agathosma betulina ) (PJ Bergius) Pillans)], bulking agent (E460(i)), vitamin-mineral complex [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)], maltodextrin, firming agents (E463, E466), anti-caking agents (E551, E470b, E553b), colour (E172).

Recommended daily dose of Water Out: Take 1 tablet three times a day with water.
