Recommended intake:

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 heaped scoop = 3 tablespoons) with 300-350 ml of water and drink it twice a day. Use a shaker to prepare your drink.

Drink one serving within 45 minutes of your workout and another serving between meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and another in the evening.
