What is resveratrol?
Resveratrol is a secondary plant compound and belongs to the polyphenols.
It is found in various plants, such as grapes, raspberries, peanuts, and Japanese knotweed. Due to the processing of grapes, resveratrol is particularly abundant in red wine. Traditionally, red wine has always been considered beneficial to health.
