Mega Omega 3 contains a particularly high proportion of 70% fatty acids such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) as well as vitamin E in softgel capsule form.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fats, meaning they cannot be produced by the body itself; therefore, we must obtain the correct amount from external sources.

We know of different types of omega-3 fatty acids. Their main source is oily fish (cod, tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring), but some plant-based foods also contain a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g., flaxseed oil, rapeseed oil).
