Mix 3 g of powder (one spoonful, as shown inside) with 300 g of quark (or another product such as yogurt). Also suitable for flavoring and sweetening drinks. One serving (3 g) of powder has the sweetening power of 50 g of sugar, thus saving 49.6 g of sugar.
