Recommended daily dose of Levropump: Mix approximately 1 scoop of powder (8.75 g) with 150-200 ml of water. Drink 2 servings daily: 1 serving in the morning and the second serving 30-45 minutes before training [1 serving = approximately 1 scoop (8.75 g)].
