Ingredients: L-Arginine Hydrochloride.
Verzehrempfehlung
Zubereitung: 3 g L-Arginin (1 gestrichener Messlöffel) mit 200 ml Wasser in einem Mixer/Shaker zubereiten.
Preparation: Prepare 3 g of L-Arginine (1 level measuring scoop) with 200 ml of water in a blender/shaker.
Verzehrempfehlung: Täglich 3 g vor dem Training verzehren. An trainingsfreien Tagen morgens nach dem Aufwachen oder abends vor dem Schlafengehen einnehmen. Überschreiten Sie nicht die empfohlene Tagesdosis.
Recommended dosage: Consume 3 g daily before training. On non-training days, take in the morning after waking up or at night before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
