Ingredients: Soybean oil , black capsule shell [gelatin, humectant (glycerin), water, color (E172)], milk thistle seed extract ( Silybum marianum) (L.) Gardener; 80% silymarin), L-ornithine hydrochloride, Soy lecithin (35% phosphatidylcholine), anti-caking agent (E551), L-methionine, L-glutathione, inositol, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Recommended intake: Drink 1 capsule with water three times a day.
