Ingredients Core Crea + HMB: Creatine monohydrate, calcium β-hydroxy β-methyl butyrate (Ca HMB), magnesium citrate, acidity regulators (E330, E296), flavorings1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, anti-caking agent (E551), flavoring5, salt, zinc gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), beetroot juice concentrate2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,11,12, black carrot concentrate3,5,7, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), color (E160a1,4,6,9,10,11, E13212).

Recommended intake of a daily serving: Mix approximately 1 scoop of powder (3.83 g) with 100 ml of water. Consume 3 servings daily (1 serving = 3.83 g): one serving on an empty stomach, the second before training, and the third after training.
