Recommended time
We recommend 1-3 servings per day, e.g. after waking up, after or during training.
Storage: Store in a dry, sealed container below 25°C. Protect from sunlight.
preparation
For one serving, mix 30g of powder with 500ml of cold water and wait 30 to 60 seconds. Then you can enjoy your drink. A little tip: It's best to use a shaker for preparation.
