PREPARATION: 100% Cluster DextrinTM (highly branched cyclic dextrin).

RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 300 ml of cold water and consume 30 minutes before physical activity. During sustained physical activity or training sessions lasting longer than 2 hours, it is recommended to consume another dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
