Die Einnahme ist ganz einfach: Du solltest täglich 4 Kapseln einnehmen, am besten aufgeteilt in 2 Kapseln morgens und 2 Kapseln abends. An trainingsfreien Tagen nimmst du also jeweils 2 morgens und 2 abends. An Trainingstagen nimmst du zusätzlich 2 Kapseln etwa 30 Minuten vor dem Training, am besten mit viel Wasser.
