Beef protein is a protein source that is easier to digest than lean beef such as steak; it is absorbed in the intestines and, as an animal protein, has excellent biological value.

Recommended intake:

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least 2 servings: 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 more serving between meals. On non-training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
