Beef protein is a protein source that is easier to digest than lean beef such as steak; it is absorbed in the intestines and, as an animal protein, has excellent biological value.

Although the product has a low fat content (0.6 g/portion), the coconut fat it contains is an excellent source of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended intake:
