Applied Nutrition's rice cream is a great source of carbohydrates that is easy on the stomach and also delicious. Suitable for vegans, it's an excellent source of energy to leave you feeling full and energized for the day ahead.
Recommended intake:
Mix the desired amount of instant rice pudding (50-100g) with boiling water (500ml) and let it swell for 2-3 minutes.

Shipping within Germany
For orders with a gross merchandise value of up to €34.99, shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99. We offer free shipping on orders with a gross merchandise value of €35.00 or more. Cash on delivery orders incur an additional fee of €6.99.
Delivery times
