What is Tribulus extract?

Tribulus Tablets – what are they? Many of you will probably be rubbing your eyes in disbelief, as you've never heard of Tribulus in the context of bodybuilding and fitness, or even in general. But we'd like to briefly introduce you to our Tribulus Tablets and the product behind them. Tribulus refers to the plant "Tribulus," which some people might know as puncture vine or tribulus terrestris. For us athletes, a specific extract of the plant is of particular interest. The Tribulus plant is native to and widespread in tropical and subtropical countries such as Asia, Africa, Southern Europe, and Northern Australia.


The effects of Tribulus

This plant was used centuries ago in some countries to increase libido, potency, and general vitality. For some time now, Tribulus has been considered a secret weapon in the fields of strength training, bodybuilding, and fitness, and is already being used by many athletes. This supplement is probably the least familiar to you compared to our other products, but you should definitely try it or at least read up on it.

Recommended intake: The Tribulus container from American Supps contains 90 capsules. Each serving (3 capsules) contains 2250 mg of Tribulus Terrestris extract, the active ingredient in Tribulus. We recommend a daily intake of approximately 2500 mg of Tribulus, which translates to three Tribulus capsules per day. This dosage results in 30 servings per container. The capsules should be taken with a beverage. We do not recommend exceeding three capsules per day. This product is specifically designed for men aged 18 and over. However, women can also effectively use Tribulus to counteract the effects of estrogen, which can lead to water and fat retention.
