Recommended intake
Depending on your body weight and fitness level, mix 1-4 scoops with up to 500 ml of water or milk and take it once or twice a day. You can, of course, adjust the portion to your needs.
1 spoonful 2-3 times a day for beginners
2-3 spoonfuls 1-2 times a day for advanced users and people who have difficulty gaining weight.
