Ingredients Core Flex: Glucosamine hydrochloride, bulking agents (E460(i), E341), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), maltodextrin, stabilizer (E1202), ginger root extract ( Zingiber officinale) Roscoe, 5% Gingerol), anti-caking agents (E470b, E551), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Chondroitin sulfate, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Boswellia serrata bark extract ( Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), quercetin, turmeric root extract ( Curcuma longa L., 20% Curcumin), Bromelain, Zinc Oxide, Sodium Selenite, Manganese Sulfate, Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Firming Agent (E464), Glazing Agent (E1200, E553b), Colours (E171, E172), Hyaluronic Acid.
Recommended intake: Take 1 tablet 4 times a day with meals or after eating.
