Shipping costs
All orders are shipped from Germany.
Shipping within Germany
For orders with a gross merchandise value of up to €34.99, shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99. We offer free shipping on orders with a gross merchandise value of €35.00 or more. Cash on delivery orders incur an additional fee of €6.99.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be shipped within one day of receiving payment. Therefore, delivery within Germany takes 2-4 days after payment is received.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
International shipping
Please note that for cross-border deliveries (outside of Germany), additional charges, such as customs duties, may apply, which you are responsible for paying.
