A carbohydrate-protein supplement based on hydrolyzed corn starch and oat flour. The product is enriched with whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, HMB-Ca, and contains added creatine monohydrate (Creapure), glutamine, and taurine.

Recommended intake for bodybuilders: Extreme Gainer

Take 2 scoops approximately 1 hour before training with 500ml of water or milk.
