The amino acids beta-alanine and L-histidine work together to boost carnosine concentration in your muscles. Carnosine is found in skeletal muscle, especially in type II muscle fibers, the fast-twitch muscle fibers.
Recommended use
Mix 2 g (half a scoop = half a tablespoon) of powder with 400 ml of water or a soft drink. Take two servings daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
