7Nutrition's BCAAs contain the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine in an optimal ratio (2:1:1). These amino acids are particularly popular among strength athletes because they are crucial for building and maintaining muscle mass. Metabolism occurs 100% directly within the muscles.
BCAAs bypass the liver. Their function is primarily anabolic. This means that the body uses them primarily to build protein structures and not as building blocks for hormones or similar substances. Approximately one-third of the proteins in human muscle consist of BCAAs.

Shipping within Germany
For orders with a gross merchandise value of up to €34.99, shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99. We offer free shipping on orders with a gross merchandise value of €35.00 or more. Cash on delivery orders incur an additional fee of €6.99.
Delivery times
